カシューナッツで作った柔らかい、クリーミーなヴィーガンチーズです。無添加玄米で作った発酵水を使い、お味噌とニュートリショナルイーストなどを味付けして濃厚なチーズになります。
酸味、塩辛さ、香り、旨味はチェダーチーズと似ておりますが、柔らかくスプレッドのタイプです。

This soft cashew nuts based cheese is rich in aroma and umami. Fermented with probiotics and flavored with miso and nutritional yeast, the taste is similar to a mature cheddar. Delicious on its own as a spread, it can also be used to make dip sauces/dressing.
